about.
We love books. You love books. It’s a match made in heaven really.
Set up in 2007, we are a commercial fiction division of HarperCollins and publish predominantly crime, thrillers, suspense, feel-good general fiction, and saga. We were named Imprint of the Year at the British Book Award 2020, and are home to many Sunday Times and Kindle #1 bestsellers. We work closely with our international teams across the globe, particularly in the US and Canada, and love seeing our writers translated into multiple languages. We are proud to look after incredible authors including C.L. Taylor, Helen Fields, Lorna Cook, Scott Mariani, Mel Sherratt, Katerina Diamond, Mandy Robotham and Laura Jane Williams, and you can see the full list over on the author page.
We welcome submissions from authors of all backgrounds and are open to unagented submissions. If you’re an aspiring author who’s keen to join the Avon family, please visit our submissions page to find out how you can submit your book to us!
